• National Grid Gas System Enhancement Program (GSEP) plans filed annually with the Mass. Dept. of Public Utilities (DPU) since CY 2015
• National Grid GSEP Reconciliation (GREC) reports filed annually with the DPU since CY 2015
• National Grid service quality annual reports (SQARs) filed with the DPU since CY 2014
• Weekly street opening plans distributed by City of Newton Dept. of Public Works since 2020
• Resident street surveys of infrastructure and DigSafe paint markings
